20 hours of persistance pays off - 1882 seated liberty dime

There is a church nearby me founded in 1870 and loaded with trash. I got permission to hunt, and refused to give up. After 20 hours work over several weeks and not finding a single merc, I finally hit pay dirt! A near mint 1882 seated liberty dime.

Some times keeping the faith is hard.

the trash may get really old but persistence can pay off. sometimes I have to force myself to dig another of the signals that I just know is another square tab but I have wrong several times (happily wrong). congrats, she's a keeper
