I believe the badge on the left is a Wound Badge (Verwundetenabzeichen) first promulated in 1918.
During the Second World War, the badge with swastika was awarded to wounded members in the Reichswehr, the Wehrmacht, SS and the auxiliary service organizations. After March 1943, due to the increasing number of Allied bombings, it was also awarded to wounded civilians in air raids (only when the wound was the result of enemy hostile action).
The badge came in three versions (black , silver and gold). Your badge, in black, is 3rd class, representing Iron, for those wounded once or twice by hostile action (including air raids).
Don in SoCal.....

121 Infanterie Division insignia

The top left pic shows a screw back (versus the clip/pin) attachment. One opinion is the screw back is a later version of the clup/pin back. Which is yours?
Yes, 121. Infanterie-Division was formed on 5 Oct 1940 at TrÜbPl Munsterlager, WK X. A number of units of the 1. Infanterie-Division and 21. Infanterie-Division (appr. a third of those divisions each) was used to establish this new East Prussian 11th wave division. The division ended up in Kurland.
