Not sure on the second item, it appears to be hollow, what type of metal is it made of?
I agree with Charlie P. (NY) that the first item is a watering nozzle tip, but not sure if it came off a watering can or off of a spray nozzle, it looks to be in fairly new condition other than being bent.

it looks like the top off a old multi holed Elton Kirby pepper shaker and the other item looks like the top of a old lipstick tube.
