That large one looks like it has the International Harvester logo on it. I don't know what you mean by "non heating" metals.

DANGLANGLEY

the larger one is an international harvester tractor weight that goes on the front of the tractor for weight to keep the front down.. My brother needs some on his farm. Interested in selling it?

@Dang, what i mean is that, we've tried heating the metal with a very high temperature and the metal doesnt get hot. it still stays as cold as it can be. and btw, it has a white-gold like color if you take a look at it personally. i dunno what happened with the color and quality of the image.

@von, thanks for the information and yes! im interested in selling it.

the IH piece is a weight for the bumper of a tractor......chances are the other part is something from a tractor also......

Not sure how ya trying to heat them or why, But the tractor weight will get hot!!!You've not found a part of a UFO sorry.........HH

sorry, but i realized that i myself didn't make things clear. the thing with the round with six holes on top, we tried heating it but it doesnt get hot. it kinda interesting :3

Try freezing it to see if it gets hot...

What did you try heating it with,a heating pad? 100# is a big chunk of iron! What is the size of the first piece? God Bless Chris

Are you sure it's not a brake pad?
I think that's why they use asbestos in brake pads. It's for heat resistance.

who's bobs anyway? uhmm actually it was one of my friend's property. i was just helping him looking for ways on how to identify this metal objects. but he told me that it was his father who gave him the item that was passed by his grandfather. i was like. "LOL? okay."

Yep thats right. I helped a guy put about fifty of them in his truck last year. He was going to take them to the scrap yard. He found them under a porch of a house he bought.
