You lucky dog!!!! I had one of those detectors. One of the best detectors I ever had.

What a deal! I have one of those and found alot of cool stuff with it. That machine doesn't look like it wasn't even broken in yet. DD.

Now that was a nice find and a great price..........If you did not get a instruction manual with it.... You can go to Whites web site and read one there or print a copy up..... Or call Whites and they will send you a copy.......

I live 40 minutes from the beach, I was wanting a Dual purpose MD

You wanted it so bad that you're selling it already. Looks to me like your sneaking in a classified ad here at TNET

It looks to be in pretty nice shape. You should be able to make a nice profit off it on ebay. You can use the money from that to buy something a little more user friendle for a newby.

Now that you have a MD go out and use it. Lots of old places in IE. Go hit Huntington right after memorial day. Save what you find and sell your vintage MD like GibH suggested. Now you should have even more $$ to buy a newer model machine.

I have an 8-9 year old Whites XLT. I bought it brand new. It has paid for itself several times over just in coins and jewelry.
Try your machine. See if you get the bug. If not, it only cost you $5

dan in SoCA too (No OC)
