Well AUrabbit all I know is that the price of gold fluctuates quite a bit and that the Seahawks chances of winning are about the same. Of course a dear sweet former girl friend of mine in WA state would find my remarks disparaging as she is a dyed in the Wool Seehawks/Seahawks fan, sorry Karla.........63bkpkr

I would say "Go Chargers" but they've already left! :( That was a good game. I just love seeing Brees handed his head on a platter.

I'd a said go Raiders (25 years ago when they could actually play)! Now I'd rather go mining then waste the day getting PO'd screaming at a piece of glass and plastic! See mining helps with anger management as well!

Been a long time coming, but this year our Seahawks are making
up for all the years of effort in the past. Wilson is, no doubt, a very
formidable challenge for any defense, and our defense takes a 2nd
seat to no one.

God help the poor team that plays us at home, 'cause they also
have to deal with the "12th Man"...8-)

By the way what other team is better than 11 and 1 right now? I seem to remember that the Hawks Spanked them 49er's pretty bad last time they met.

ALewis - I had the niners too! Now I can buy that Backhoe and washplant I've been saving for ! :hello2: (kidding)

To be serious for a moment.

There's enough gold in the world to meet all demand for industry, jewelry, etc. One major reason is that for the past few thousand years we've been very, very good at re-cycling it.

Additionally, the average gold production cost in the US is about $500/oz. Allow for profit, storage, middlemen (ok, middle persons - heck, Middle Earth), etc. and anything over $600 or so an ounce is a bet that someone else will buy it for more than you paid for it.

Good luck to all,
