2 strange clad dimes ??

i found these in my change , any ideas ? the 1st is a 1983p looks odd like a sandwich lol. the second is a 199? & it looks like it was struck to hard!

Harpp....can't help you on how those dimes came to be in that shape, but I have a "sandwich" quarter that I also got in change, and someone else fairly recently posted a picture of the same type coin. The other one will also have to wait for someone more knowledgeable for an answer, too.

Still, it's yet another reminder that it's always wise to check your change!
