Had a great weekend after securing permission to hunt a new and vast field with Neil.
Most of the field had just been plowed/cleared out and looked extremely promising for finds. Knowing the area where the field is located is hunted heavilly by others due to its colonial prominence, I was skeptical but hopeful that goodies were still available to be dug.
Dug a 1952 silver Rosie, a sterling spoon handle, a 1904 IH, a colonial "dome" button, a pewter button, a button with an Eagle backmark that says "BEST TREBLE PLATED", a few wheaties, a religious pendant, a skeleton key, buckles, horse tack, a hem weight, and more.
