2 porcelain marks, need help - not chinese or japan

i was unable to trace anything on internet regarding porcelain makers marks, please give me a hand here.

Thank you so much for link! i don' known how did i managed to miss that one which up for sale on ebay. the thing is, there is no additional info about maker "FAN" on the internet..would be great to find more info about maker.

anyone one on second mark, any ideas? I think it was made in germany.
