I know it’s a two piece wreath buckle but I’m looking for a manufacturer. Found a couple of weeks ago. “CS” looks a little crude when compared to others I’ve seen on line. Weight of entire buckle is 2.27 oz. wreath diameter is 1.925 inches. Width of entire buckle is 3.431 inches. Back of wreath is channel as opposed to solid.

FYI, tongue does not fit quite flush because it’s slightly bent

It appears to be a Leech and Rigdon, I think there's more than one variety, The first link was found in Mississippi, The partial tongue in the second link was found in Louisiana, they appear to be very rare.
Here's link to one on Pinterest.

Here's link to just a partial tongue that sold.

The tongue on the link to just the tongue and broken loop looks very close to the one I found. It has the simplicity of lettering and even a similar flaw at the top end of the “S”

You are correct. There is a slight size difference. Obviously, the two parts were cast separately. Dunno because I found the two pieces with 5 feet of each other
