2 old coppers 1800, 1885 and what a kind of bullet...

I found yesterday two old coppers, a russian youth sports badge, a strange cartridge and a bullet.
Can anyone help me id the cartridge and the bullet please, thanks.
I had a great afternoon, but today morning is -15 celsius

The ground is completely frozen, but I found a sandy field in the woods that I could dig on.
