I was back this morning at the 1900s yard and found some nice goodies. I will post the two whatsits at the end of the post.

These I am not sure what they are. House built in 1900 and in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. Any Clues?

as a long time member on here I don't usually bump my threads. But These two items I am curious about are driving me nuts. Can someone please help me ID them?

I have seen the round item somewhere. I think it is a lid of some sort. Maybe to a match safe?

The metal cap says push on it and has an arrow design...looked all over the net couldnt find a match to it. I hate whatsits haha

Just a WAG but does the key fit in (and was possibly broken off with) the last item?

The perforated item could be a pepper shaker top?

Squirt gag ring... or Perfume spritzer nozzle. ?

Disk object sorta looks like a compass cover. but ?

key wont fit and that is a sink stopper or pepper shaker top. The last items I posted are the ones that have me stumped

Just guessing, it may be a bottle cap? It reminds me of the tops of old gunpowder cans... you would push in the center of the cap and the spring steel clasps would pop off the mouth of the can.... to re install you would squeeze a couple of the clasps towards the middle of the mouth and the clasps would re seat... Does either of the ears move?

They are to fragile to move, but it does have clasps and that other object has me baffled too. Looks like part of an ornate something

it is possible that the three items are smoking pipe related although the ornate item is very much like a perfume atomiser...
