Found these also. I have a bag of stuff that was dug up and I am going through it slowly.
The first is unknown but the two end pieces move.
The second pic is part of an alarm clock. This I found out while cleaning that I noticed words on one side of this item. It has the numbers 1-12 going counter-clockwise around a dial, the word "ALARM" with an arrow, the word "TIME" with another arrow, for setting the alarm and time I assume, and also near the smiley mouth looking opening, it has in cursive writing "Waterbury Clock Co." and under that in block letters is "USA". Just by having those words there I would guess that this is the back plate of the clock. Anyone know of the Waterbury Clock Co. and when it existed?
Thanks again
