I'm thinking that the orange tiger striped point is a Ledbetter, but not sure what the black blade type may be..any ideas. both found in the same site in Northern Alabama.

The black one was dug up by an Armadillo, I found it at the mouth of his burrow, along with a really rough Copena, that had the tip busted off and reworked into a square knife, but it was too ugly to post.

I went digging today and could have used that Armadillo. Those are some really nice Artifacts! We are now 9 inches below the normal rainfall for the year in southern Ohio. The ground is like concrete. Thanks for the pictures.

Looks like a ledbetter with some nice edge work. I think the second one is a knife. I have found several just like that and figure it was a tool. Have they dropped the water yet? For the first time ever we now have armadillos here. I thought I left those things in Texas :laughing7:
Enjoy your hunts and good luck.
