2 main finds today in the woods. Ornate?? What is it!!

About 10 inches down In the woods, I also found a plow blade but didn't bring it home. What is this?? Is it silver? Bronze? Lead?

I don't think it scratches I don't see any scratches on the silver color that is exposed I tried on there. It's quite heavy for its size. And it's brittle, I tried breaking the small piece on the bottom and it cracked almost fell off. I really do think this is something cool.
