Met up with some buddies and hunted Saturday morning in Baltimore City. We finally got into some "old" dirt.
Got a couple wheats there and a hat pin that was an award from Baltimore's Playground Athletic League.
Crossed the street to head over to an old oak tree and got a surprise flat button with a readable backmark "Rich Treble Gilt".
The last half hour of that hunt finished out at a park. There I recovered a 1939S Jefferson nickel, then a lead horse (sans legs) and lastly, a very green an decipherable oval plate, which turned out to be a St. Christopher medal.
Today I hit the field close to home at 4PM and did get some clad but then a sweet signal around 90 turned out to be this Boy Scout sterling ring, the second silver ring I've taken from this site.
