Saturday I hit an old school in a town close by. I had high hopes for some older coins. It was not meant to be. I did recover the Silver Mary religious pendant, the interesting penny ring and about $2.00 in change. Sunday morning I decided to hit the ball field before church. I wasn't finding much and started to get discouraged. I finally started to get some Quarters at least. The next 2 targets in a row produced the silver rings. I did get about $2.50 in clad also.
For all of the AtPro users my vdi's were 92-93 on the large ring, 81-82 on the pendant and 78 for the peace ring. The penny ring was in the 83-84 range. It looks like someone contoured the 1973 penny to conform to your finger and then soldered a copper loop. It is definitely different.
