Cliff and I searched an early 1800's homesite today where the corn had just been harvested. We have worked this site for a year now. He found 3 buttons with one stuck in a cornstalk. Each time he moved the corn out of the way he would lose the signal. No wonder, huh? I found my second broken jew's harp, a broken scissor handle, and a grubbing hoe that was in rock hard dirt at 12 inches. Needed the rain, over 8 inches short for the year

Put a new handle in it and use it to dig out the other treasures from that field!

From the land of the Bluenose....imagine when you get some rain and the growth is beat down more treasures will be found. Dig and they will come. Take care youz and thanks for posting!
