Got out today to a favorite beach. Started with a Buffalo nickel after 5 minutes, and turned into a pretty good hunt from there. Ended with:
2 Mercury Dimes
4 Silver Roosevelts
Sterling band
Sterling Military (Navy?) ring - has some weight to it
Vintage brass cross
Other misc. junk jewelry
Three hair barrettes - all brass and all vintage
13 wheat cents
3 buffalo nickels
And a surprising 1887 V Nickel. Too bad it wasn’t 2 years older.

Also ended with a nice 1922 10k class ring. Really like the top dragon image. Also got half of another gold ring. Pretty busted but it's gold. Happy hunting!

What a haul, congratulations! :occasion14:

Congratulations, that is a nice day. Hope the beach is big enough to keep scoring like that.

I really like to see finds like this. Looks like your located in a great area. Hope to see more great post from you. HH and congrats .

Some sweet finds from a sweet spot.
If you don't know which school that ring is from,
I would look into a school team that has used a dragon as the team mascot. Are there any initials on the inner band of the ring?
Congratulations

Looks like you found my lake!! Great bunch of finds there. Do you dive with your CTX?

Haha, there are some similarities from the two sites, except for less gold at my site! I've never taken the CTX more than a couple feet into the water (stopped before hitting the control box). Too nervous to go any deeper. Plus, always thought about taking dive lessons, but never gotten to it. Would love to see what kinds of areas diving opens up around here. Its merits are shown by what you bring up!

All these were found in the low tide line area of the beach.

That's a treasure chest full of goodies. Congrats on the amazing finds!!

Now that is the kind of hunt we all dream about! :notworthy:

That 1922 ring is very interesting!
