The black hole between Montana and Colorado.
Detector(s) used
Truffle seeking pig modified for metal.

The results have been so-so

When the pig fails me (which is often), I am relegated to a CTX3030 *sigh*. Like the dark ages or something.

Adding to the 2 feet we got last week (accounting for some melt), the parks have 3ish feet of snow on them.

And the mountain got another 4 feet last night, bringing the 2 week total to 8 feet.

Somebody want to buy a CTX3030? Not gonna get any use this year LOL.

I thought the wind in WYO blew to hard for the snow to get so deep! Guess you haven't gotten into mud season yet. Good luck

Hello Weather Central...IT'S APRIL...give those people a break.

7 more inches predicted today, then another storm starting Monday.

*groan*.

I moved to Cheyenne on Jan. 5th 2013 and was there for 5 weeks and Feb. 11th I came back to Florida, but I came to Jupiter to help my son and will be here for another 4 to 6 weeks. And just think.... I missed all that snow in Cheyenne :hello2:. I had two of my detectors shipped here and both are getting plenty of use. Some sweet finds needless to say! And I will be going back just in time for the thaw, Cheyenne's Frontier Days, and a nice tan! And maybe even Sturgis this year on our bike! Yes, Life is Good!

Hunting is good this way, sweat my butt off today, got a sunburn too. Sorry, can't help. GodBless Chris

Damn the luck ..I got sunburned, you got a blizzard.:tongue3:

You guys need a sun dance. Geez I honestly can not imagine just how hard you are getting pounded in April.

Here's the total from the last 2 days. I live in the "Casper Foothills" region.

It's bright and sunny already this morning, but only 10 degrees. With a stiff north/East wind, I don't think we're going to see any melt today.

Next storm scheduled to now drop snow Friday evening though Saturday, then again starting on Monday.

But late next week, it's supposed to be 70+ degrees. That means flooding LOL.

Love Wyoming. Gotta be hearty to live here.
