TW&W (Trelon, Weldon & Weil of Paris, France), mid 18th through early 19th century buttons for both military and civilian use. This company also made some georgous American Army Eagle and Navy officers buttons.

These appear to be late 19th century Spanish Navy and Artillery buttons. The well-known French firm of Trelon, Weldon & Weil made many of Spain's military buttons at that time. A similar artillery button from the Spanish-American War can be seen at:
