2 Brass Locks

one locks is a postal lock numbered 999 from Ohio does not work and the other has no inside left and the arm does open and close from Massachusetts
Both are brass

I found a lock exactly like your 999 lock. When I found it in my grandma's house it had the broken off key in it. Do you know any info on this lock? and do you know if the value?
