FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE​

Two additional lawsuits today were filed against Seafarer Exploration Corporation by their former Director of Operations and Captain, Sean Murphy.

One lawsuit was filed in Martin County, Florida in the County Court seeking damages in excess of $10,000.00 for Theft of Property, Illegal Eviction and Theft of Deposit.

The second suit was filed in Martin County, Florida in the Circuit Court seeking damages in excess of $93,000.00 for Breach of Contract, Willful Negligence, Breach of Agreement, Wrongful Termination of Employment and Conspiracy to Hide Facts and Deny Benefits through Fraud, and further, seeking actual/future and punitive damages.

Named in the suits were Seafarer Exploration Corporation, Kyle Kennedy, CEO for Seafarer Exploration, Chris Gilcher, CFO for Seafarer Exploration, Pelle Ojasu, Board of Directors President for Seafarer Exploration, Dr. Victor Silva, the Safety and Compliance Officer for Seafarer Exploration and Seafarer’s Registered Agent, Kristen Gonzalez.

Lets all remember...just because someone files a lawsuit against somebody, that doesn't make them guilty of ANYTHING. I mean the American courts are full of frivelous lawsuits that have no merit whatsover. Now I'm not saying that is the case here, but I would hesitate before saying Seafarers is "in deep do do" just yet. Prehaps they will be vindicated. (or prehaps Reef Dawg will be vindicated)

Let's let the American judicial system to do their job.

I guess only time will tell... Once all the evidence (or lack of evidence) is presented in the case.

They say "Every dog has his day" so in this instance maybe "Every Dawg will have his day in court."

On April 5, 2011 at approximately 4:45 p.m. the jury awarded $5,080,000 to Seafarer
for damages caused by Sean Murphy.
