ACE 250
Hi everyone, I got my new Ace 250 the other day. Been under the weather a bit so I had to wait till this morning. Went to the grade school for an hour and found 5 quarters and 6 dimes. The oldest is a 1972 Quarter. I no it's not much, but it's a start. The good thing is I figured out the how the pin pointer works. That helped alot. Well I have alot to learn. I know it will get better. Thanks for looking and HH and good luck to you all.

Hi Bob --

Wife and I are new to the hobby as well, also starting out with the Ace 250. Seems to be pretty easy to figure out, we haven't found anything worth talking about yet either, but have to start somewhere! Our oldest after one big hunt is a '59 penny........but we're going back for more!

Look forward to seeing what you find too, that's always the best part - somebody asked me what I was looking for, I told 'em that ANYTHING I happened to find was more than I started with.....then, of course, I told them that we hadn't found 'nuffin ;D

Good luck on your future hunts!

Coingrats Bob, that Ace250 is a nice machine! Garrett did an awesome job on that machine. I bought one just to see what the hype was all about, only have two hours using it but it is a great machine for the money, I am very impressed with it and it is easy to use and light weight. I would suggest you get a coil cover and a rain cover for the control housing. Look forward to your posts and finds. HH, Mike

That is a good start..some of the school yards can be tough...keep it up. :)

Looking good, Bob. You will be finding more & more treasures beneath your feet...Happy Hunting!

Grats on a really good start ! a month from now you'll look at all the
loot you've found and be amazed at just how much stuff is in the ground :) I love my Ace 250 and everytime you take it out you'll find out something new about it.
