Got caught in a thunder storm but still managed to excavate this 1 and 1/2 gallon stoneware crock from a riverbank.
I was able to locate one of the broken off pieces so there still may be hope for the rest being in the general area.
I also noticed these fresh big foot prints in the mud that were made AFTER I had recently walked in the area. Notice the raccoon tracks present as well.
My boot prints can be seen (full of water) extending across horizontally while the bare foot tracks intersect vertically. I didn't see or hear anyone else in this remote location. Maybe a long lost uncontacted tribesman or big foot himself? Who walks in the mud barefoot? Stranger still the tracks go into the water but don't appear to come out (tracks in the image on the other side of the stream are mine).
