i found a 1999 silver dollar.its proof.its a cool find really nice and the case is with it.it was found at a pawn shop in oddessa texas so its cool.

I never heard of a USA 1999 'silver' dollar.
Each of the '99 SBA proofs was sold as a separately boxed item ; do you have the box?

There were 1999 silver eagles along with the Dolly Madison Commemorative that was released as a silver dollar. So yes, a proof silver dollar dated 1999 is a possibility, but it isn't going to be a Morgan or Peace dollar.
