1983 Double D mint on Penny

Just searching pennies and came across another 1983 Double D mint. Anyone know what these are worth?

Not a doubled D. Looks more like someone practicing micro welding on a cent. That is the impression I get. The cleaner metal adjacent to the mint mark is similar to what has been shown me in the past.

Your images are somewhat lacking. Are you using handheld devices while taking the shot?
