✅ SOLVED 1978 Mack Plant "Badge"???

Here's another find from this year found with a metal detector wet sand.

Can anyone tell me what it is?

I believe it’s an employee badge dating 1920-1953, when Briggs made bodies for Chrysler, Ford and others, as explained here: https://www.cardealexpert.com/auto-news/chrysler-mack-avenue-ii-shutdown/
So, happily it’s older than the 1978, which is an employee number.
