recently came into a bag of uncirculated 1970 san francisco lincoln penny's....

They are all uncirculated... other then light wear in the bag. most you pull out seem spotless and full of luster...

I would like to sell them all but when i pull handfuls out some seem large date some seem small date... and Im not sure as to how to sell it I have not seen any listed online similar as to what I have...

it has to weigh close to 40lbs... i believe it is a 50$ bag but that is not stated on the canvas...

hopefully someone can shed some light on my small ordeal that could potentially be very profitable....

either 4$ a coin or 30$?

If I were you I'd cherry pic the bu small dates and sell one at a time on eBay by auction. They could fetch $30-40 but let the market decide.
As for the large dates maybe sell by the roll unc
How many small dates would you say you have?

Well I looked at only a handful and there had to be 3 in there so roughly 30%

Don't know how you just came into them but I would say potential gold mine if you didn't pay much for the bag.......

What do you mean? I didn't pay much at all almost face

Then I would say buy all you can because small dates are getting up there in value and would certainly bring a good premium. The large dates probably not worth much at all, but if the price is right you should be able to make some money....

Well I own the whole bag and didn't have to pay much at all... I just don't know about individually selling or bulking it

What could this entire thing be worth???

I think you would do better to sell the small dates individually and dump the large dates unless you think some would grade into the top pops but im gonna say not likely....
