Three varieties carry a premium:
1. Small date level 7
2. Large date low 7
3. Double die obverse
Any of those in MS-65 or better can be worth at least $15.
Don.......
A 1970S large date isn't even worth $1 in MS-65. Can't find my newest Redbook, but in 2010 it was valued at 35 cent.
Btw both of your coins are large date, very common.

There are quite a few Double Die Obverse Varieties for the 1970-S "Business or Circulation Strike" Lincoln Cent, most of which carry a little premium except for the DDO-001 which can fetch prices approaching $1,000 in EF-45 alone and the values go up significantly for Uncirculated Red specimens. There are also the "Small Date" and "Large Date" Varities and quite a few RPM (Re-Punched Mint Mark) Varieties. The Proofs even have quite a few of all of these and some of the DDO's carry significant premiums. I used to collect some of the Proof DDO's, which I found on Proof Cents that I had purchased and once had some of finest known.
