1968 Kennedy Half and vintage toy pistol found today!

Unfortunately, I watched the Cowboy game today and about midway through the fourth quarter I decided to go and do something that would put me in a better mood. I didn't really expect to find much because my cousin told me to come metal detect his mothers yard. Her house was built in 1970 so I wasn't all that thrilled about it. That was until I found my first half dollar! I'm not surprised to find a 1968 coin there, just surprised to find the half. I also found a pretty old toy gun and I think it is older than the house. Here are the pics:

Anything cool around a '70s house is excellent. Every time a friend asks if I want to detect the yard of their 1970s house, I immediately stop being friends with them.

I can't believe they lost to the Jets. The Chargers won all those games and lost to a team that barely made the playoffs.
