🔎 UNIDENTIFIED 1967 Roosevelt Dime Oddball?

My brother told me he checked the coin return of a pop machine. He said it felt odd and when he looked at it the thickness was that of a nickel. It has no Reeded edge, just smooth. Any ideas?

I searched Google and found reference to a "dryer coin." They are coin(s) that gets stuck between the inner tub and the outer drum. This is a common occurrence in commercial dryers...
