Took a good look, i dont see any doubling. Regular '64 to me.

Maybe looks strange to the OP because it appears to be an uncirculated, well struck early die state coin with all the letters of IGWT separate from the rim!
Although these aren't found in change on a regular basis it is pretty common even in uncirculated condition.

yep ! sure is shiny. top rim seems to be cropped off a bit than the bottom. just my two cents. (*_*)

Don't see anything highly unusual. Lighting is a little too bright.
