1963 mint franklin

Can any tell me what that coin might be worth, i got it as a gift, it is still sealed in the packgage from the Philly mint. The only thing i can make out are the letters JBL? I think. don't have a loop i will try to up load a pic today. Thanks in advance...

They are going for about 7 or 8 dollars retail. I have always liked Franklins, a rememberance of my youth I guess.
