I’ve been exploring and expanding a couple of my local park wooded sites. You never know what will pop out. The reproduction shekel was a first… not on my bucket list coin. Wonder how it made it in the deep woods. One ring was a 925 silver and a couple junkers. First nice condition Zippo lighter and a 1952 Ford hub cap were different. I think my favorite is the FIre Department badge. Thx for looking!

Nice finds!!! Love that silver! By the looks of the Zippo script on bottom of lighter it's likely a early model or anniversary model.

Cool, Also you should be able to find the year that Zippo was made by a code of slashes, dots or vertical lines on the bottom.

You can send the lighter in to Zippo if it's a genuine one and they'll refurb it and send it back to you looking brand new right down to the wick and send it back. I've sent in three or four over the years. They even did the hinge pin on one better than new.

This is very good information Thanks for posting. Do you happen to know the address to send them to ? and Any special person ?

Naw not off the top of my head it's been a couple of years since I've sent one in. Google is your friend here. Find their web site and they'll tell you what to do.
