1953-D and 1954-S Silver Rosie dimes!

Hello!

I met up with Ron after work tonight to do some detecting! We drove around for a while not knowing where to hunt. So Ron turned on his silver sniffer and told me where to park the car and we started hunting near the University of Oregon. After no time at all Ron dug a 1943 Merc dime, and a big silver ring!

It took me a little while to find anything good, but I did end up digging a 1953-D Rosie dime and a 1954-S Rosie dime, and a 1942 Wheat cent. I also dug several clad coins and memorial cents. And Ron ended up digging another big silver ring!

I took pic's of the Rosie dimes before and after I cleaned 'em up. These are my silver coin finds #40 & #41 for the year!

Thanks man! I'm still thinking it's more just being lucky than skill! I'm sure having fun using this SE ~ but I'm still so unsure how to use it! It's gonna take me a while to get use to all the sounds and such!
