Well, the letter A on the right side does point toward a dot (denticle), which is one way to tell, according to this site: https://www.jandm.com/script/getitem.asp?CID=3&PID=86
But I know nearly nothing about coin identification myself... others here would be of much more help.

Seems like it, but we need to see the reverse. If you don't have a beaver on the reverse, if not, it's a Commemorative coin. If it is, at VG-08 is 430$ and uncirculated is worth 2080$. Heck of a find! Please post picture of the reverse
