1943 quarter with ? cracked T ?

I was looking at some of my silver and found this quarter with what looks like a cracked t in the first t in states. It looks like it is cracked . What do you think?

It is jagged and the bottom is offset from the rest of the t

I looked in my old book "Major Variety and Oddity Guide of US Coins" by Frank G. Spadone 7th edition and they dont have it listed as a known error.

My vote is for post-mint damage. If the die was cracked or damaged it would cause raised metal on the coin. And that coin's obviously been circulated a bit.

Yeah I'd say it was after the mint. What does it look like under magnifying glass?

it is hard to tell but it looks like a crack under the mag glass, but it is circulated.
