I've been hunting this site for a couple of years. It's very hard to find something now but I keep going back. Today's find makes it all worth it. A 1942 Standing Liberty half dollar. It was about 10-11 inches deep. So deep I couldn't pinpoint it exactly. Was very hard to hear.
---
All the coins in the pictures came from there. All the coins came on different days. I've never found a silver half anywhere else and this is my only Silver dollar. The dollar was down about 9 inches and is in incredible shape. I haven't cleaned it with anything but water The pictures don't do it justice.
---
The Fernando coin was fun. I remember seeing him pitch when he was a rookie with the Dodgers.
---
I also found 9 gold rings and a 20 inch gold chain at this site. I wish I'd joined the forum sooner. Posting all the pics one at a time woulda been fun.

Mike, here's a pic of the reverse of the Fernando coin. It says, .999 Fine silver. 1/2 oz. :icon_thumright:
I remember Fernando had a wicked screwball that confused the heck out of the players for a while.
