There is a 1942-D Listed in Cherry Pickers. Says first reported as a D/S. Later, after examining two more coins that was changed to a D/D.
Could we get a clear photo of the RPM ?

Sure thing.........its definitely a D over D. Took the best pictures I could with the "set up" that I use. You would probably laugh if you knew what I use to take my coin pictures. Tell me what you think, good photos? BTW what does the cherry pickers suggest as far as value? Thanks, Shane

The one in Cherry pickers is a D/D north. Yours looks like south. I guess it is safe to say that there is more than one 1942-D/D. There is no mention of value in the book.

I found a couple of them on ebay.both from one seller. one was somewheres around 27 dollars and the other about 29 dollars. a keeper for sure!!! but I guess I didnt hit the lottery......... :(
