Diving and underwater metal detecting a spring along the Suwannee River in Florida, this odd Nazi badge showed up. The pin displays TAG DER ARBEIT 1934. One 1919 mercury dime was found along with a sterling silver bracelet, with a silver ring attached to it! Nice old finds!

really nice finds. the bracelet and ring are awesome. wonder if they took it off for safekeeping and forgot about it. your gain! pin is labor day one, if im not mistaken.

That National Socialist German Worker's Party pin is an unusual find in Florida.

Congrats on your nice finds.

Yea, it seems very unusual to find a Nazi pin in the US. Was it brought back by a soldier? from an underground movement? Great finds!

Congrats on some nice finds. The bracelet and ring are way cool, bet they where put together so as not to lose them and lost them anyway. Nice find

That is some cool stuff, old bracelet and that ring looks really cool too and old also. Niceeeeeeee

Thanks for serving your country, I wonder if that is black onyx?

TAG DER ARBEIT translates to Day of the work if that means anything to you. Great finds!

Like the bracelet never seen anything like it, and the ring was a bonus, nice finds..

I found a pin similar to yours about two years ago in south alabama... I always assumed it was brought back by a soldier post-WWII...

Obviously a very old swimming hole, bet there's more there too! :hello2:
Love the detail on the 'Deco Period' silver bracelet, that piece has some value to it!

The pre-WWII pin was likely from a German youth group, :icon_scratch:

Really nice finds. Congrats. Somebody put the ring on the braclet so that it wouldn't get lost... then lost both of them!!!!!! Girls...

"Tag der Arbiet"= Day of Work, a German celebration/holiday...

And first May is still "Tag der Arbeit" here. This medal was dug exact 80 years later! Good condition too, these were made by the millions from cheap materials, nontheless a rare find especially in the States!

Great finds there! Congrats!

WOW, that is a scary looking badge, great pics and thanks for sharing.
