You bill has what is termed a "Gutter" or "Crease" error.
The value of such an error depends on the size and severity of the 'crease'. For a minor crease (vertically, such as yours), the note will be worth (IMO) about $15 more than face value (if in Very Fine Condition). A larger or more severe crease (think, horizontal through the entire bill), increases the value (IMO) to $25 over face value in VF condition--up to $100 in UNC condition.
