1931-S Wheat Cent

There is a posting on my local for 1931-s and 1909 vdb wheat cents. Even using PCGS PhotoGrade I cant seem to place the grade on this coin. Can anyone give me a grade and approximate value on the 1931?

Kinda hard to grade w/out a clear pic of reverse. Based on obv, I rate it in vf25-vf30 range. Definitely better than vf20, not quite xf.

Agreed.....mid range VF on the obverse. Around an $80 coin As long as the reverse is in similar condition.
