1928 Canadian one cent and a old bullet??

Found the 1928 Canadian one cent 5 inch's in the dirt in a park. I'm not sure about the 2ed one I found out back of my house 3/4's the way down a very steep hill. I hunted there because I figured anything of age would have been washed down to the bottom. Look's like an old CW or RW era bullet. Both were fought around here in upstate Ny.

Interesting coin.
Until the 1990's, I believe all Canadian one cent pieces were composed of bronze. Yours certainly looks different.
