Yesterday I had the AT Pro in the jeep already so when I passed an old permission, I decided to stop and get in about a 1/2 hour of swinging.
There's alot of iron and junk at this site with constant chatter. Things looked good after my second plug I pulled out a 1925 dog tax tag. Also dug a small button then nothing but junk and some small pieces of copper.
Had a ringing in my left ear all night from the constant chatter but, was happy with the dog tag.

That's still a nice keeper for 30 minutes of swingin'..........

I found the same button. Any clue on the age?

Not sure of a age on the button, was hoping some one on here would say. Lol My guess would be early 1900's?

Do you have the sniper coil? It might help you with all the chatter by singling out targets.

Nice dog tag! :icon_thumright: I've found a few myself from the early 1900s. Proves that they really had dogs way back then. :laughing7:

Congrats on digging those keepers. :occasion14: I'd love to dig an old dog tag, I believe my oldest is from the 1950's.

Very nice old dog tag, congratulations!

Just wait until you dig one from the 1800's. Lol A 1800's dog tag is definitely on my bucket list.

I dug three 1924 kennel tags from one field last year and the the same property dug my oldest tag, a 1922 dog tag.
