1921 Morgan with some issues

I was going through some morgans that I kept through a collection buy-out and noticed this little gem. I'm not all that familiar with broken dies and such but this looks more like a bad planchet or crappy metal.
What kind of error is this and what would it do for value? Thanks for any help!! 8)

Yes, lamination error/bad metal. Value imo would be melt but I could be wrong.
