I don't know why people restore things like that :(

may look pretty in a girly-Man cave or Garage if it has
pink trim, Shag carpeting & Lace curtains in the windows :tongue3:
but will also look fake. automobile collectables are usually dirty.
and a little rust never hurt anyone :laughing7: (called character)

both pieces in the pic look absolutely perfect the way they are,

Jeff, that is exactly what my dad used to say about his fishing vest. Im almost convinced that if he had washed it that it would have fallen apart. :)

Great buy, the porcelain signs are worth more than 30.
 

update sold it at Washington county flea market last weekend.....asking $1200 got $700 for it! now that's a flip
