Scored a 1920 for the 20th...
Got out today for a quick hunt hoping the rain would hold out long enough for me to find my 20th silver coin of the year. Lucky it did and was able to start the day off with a nice old 1919 wheat. At this point I was feeling pretty good, because as everyone knows that if your digging the wheats the silver is not too far behind. Well ended up getting a nice deep signal and was surprised to see what was staring up at me from under a root. I could see the rim and knew I had my 20th, and after a little more dirt removal I could see it was larger than the usual rosie or merc we find in this area. I popped it out and am happy to say that I can finally check this coin off my bucket list in the form of this nice clean 1920 SLQ
Happy Hunting,
