Hello!

WOW ~ today was a long day of detecting! First, our club's monthly outing was today frm 9:am to noon in Springfield. I did pretty good ~ I took first place in the points standing! Then, after the club hunt, Ron and I took a drive around to find some other places to detect. Here's what I dug today:

1918-S Mercury dime
1936 Mercury dime
1960-D Roosevelt dime
12 wheat cents dating from 1927 to 1958
9 clad quarters
24 clad dimes
10 modern nickels
55 copper memorial cents
24 zinc cents
small silver ring
'Canada' lapel pin

I took pic's of the silver before and after I cleaned 'em up. These 3 dimes are my silver coin finds #60, #61, and #62 for the year!

Those are nice Neil.

My buddy is starting to get the hang of your se. Hitting silver and old coins with it now. It is a deep machine. Hard to find silver any where nowadays with any unit. I am stuck on 59. Witch is good by anyone's standard. But I haven't hit a silver all week. Got like 25 wheats and some other odds and ends.

So I know how hard you work to get those silvers consistently. Anything over a 100 would be a good yr. Good luck and take care.

on...just run the coil over the ground and
hold your finds pouch there and the silvers
will jump right in!!! Congrats....Gold Nuggets
