I got this with my change this morning while at Wal Mart. It's pretty worn so I doubt it's worth much, but we needed this date to add to the book my husband has.

All 3 pics are of the same penny

Just goes to say you can find anything at Wal-Mart congrats aa

Ya never know what's going to pop up in your change. Way to find em!

Good eye..almost 36 million were struck, the red book says they're worth about 20 cents in good condition.

Last week I found a wheat on top of the grass..they're scarce, but are still around.

Congratulations it is a great feeling to still find old coins in change. I always get pretty fired up when I find old coins in change, even if the coins are worn and not really worth much.

After finding this penny in the change, I sorta embarrassed my daughter when I yelled "He!! Yeah" with a happy dance

cause I knew what it was as soon as it dropped into the change dish.

**She refuses to go shopping with me now hahaha!!! ;D
